Digne Consult describes itself as a pragmatic business consulting firm which supports organizations and employees in individual and organisational development issues. Our Proficiency® programs can be used as a hands-on diagnostic tool.
It helps to identify organisational problems on individual, team, proces, management, culture and resource level and defines our consultancy job.
As participating consultant we collect information systematically during the training process based on our Proficiency® concept.
In the final stage of the training we give our recommendations to the customer and continue helping to implement proposed changes / improvements.
You can think of:
- Clarity on desired future of the organization and brainstorming and plan of action on ideas
- Career development / policies for employees
- Insights and consequences of too high or too low workload experience
- Management styles. Does the organization have a blame or acknowledgement culture? Is it in line with common goals? How to change?
