Proficiency Test®

The following check list is aimed at identifying the most important themes with regard to your way of working. In this check list you will find statements about specific subjects in the management and mastering of your work.

Score the statements according to the following;

1.    If the statement is not relevant to you.
2.    If it is somewhat relevant to you.
3.    If it is (very) relevant to you.

 

In order to gauge your Proficiency, we have developed a check list of themes that are related to working efficiently and effectively. By adding your score to each point, you will indicate how relevant these are to you. By adding up all scores the resulting total will show you to which areas you need to pay extra attention in order to become even more Proficient in your work.
