Our Proficiency® programs can be used as hands-on diagnostic tool.
It helps to identify organizational problems on individual-,team-,proces-management-, cultuur- and  resource level and defines our consultancy job. As participatory consultant we collect information systematic during the training process based on our Proficiency® concept.
In the final stage of the training we give our recommendations to the customer and continue helping to implement proposed changes / improvements.
