Frank is responsible for Digne Consult Asia Pacific and is based in Singapore.
He has worked over the last 25 years in several international and national training and consultancy companies in Europe and South East Asia. In addition to many years of line/people leader experience he consulted to both profit and non-profit organizations on organisational development, change management issues, career and executive coaching, outplacement and reintegration of the unemployed.
His key passion is to give people insight in how they can take responsibility for their own future by focusing positively on their opportunities and capabilities.
Initially Frank was educated as communication trainer and career coach. However, over recent years he has broadened his expertise to leadership, projectmanagement, change management, NLP (Master Practioner, NLP coach and NLP trainer), hypnotherapy and business coaching, studying in Netherlands, Germany, France, Malaysia, Singapore and Australia.

Annette has been working in the international corporate world for 15+ years, both in Europe and in Asia, bringing to the table broad experience in sales, marketing, channel and general management in both high growth companies as well as large reorganizations, retrenchments and closing down of operations. Originally Dutch, she has lived in Asia for almost 20 years. She is very focused on results in whatever area she works in.

Joyce Mei
Joyce Mei works from Taipei in Taiwan. Joyce has successfully delivered coaching services in the form of Individual Coaching or Group Coaching, or a combination of both, based on client’s need in English and Maderin.
She is particularly successful in the topics of Team Work, Leadership and Communication using coaching, which combines core concepts and skills from training and consulting and adopts a heuristic approach as its back-bone process.
Other than expertise in coaching, she also has received training and serviced clients in the following fields: EFT (Emotional Free Technique), Deep Communication (a mental therapy approach), and Satir’s Family Therapy. She was also a certified moderator by LUTC (Life Underwriter Training Council of USA) and a certified trainer by ING Aetna.
Joyce’s prior experiences include General Manager of Transamerica Direct Marketing Inc. of Taiwan (AEGON Group), General Manager of Vsource Inc., Director of Direct Marketing Department of American Life Insurance Co., Sr. Agency Manager of Aetna Life Insurance Company of Taiwan, and Administrator of Aetna Life and Casualty (Hartford, CT). In her 28 year professional career with strengths in the fields of training, management, sales and marketing, telemarketing, she has studied and worked in the United States for 12 years.
Joyce is an MBA from the State University of New York at Albany, New York. Prior to that, she graduated from National Taiwan University with a major in Economics. She is a certified associate coach by International Coach Federation (ICF).
In the past years, she has provided professional services to various clients including ING Bank, AIG/Nanshan Life Insurance Inc., Citi Bank, THI Consultants Inc., J.P. Morgan, Market American, ING/Aetna Insurance Inc, Academia Sinica, and Mega Bank.

Beng Khoon Sim

Beng Khoon (BK) is based in Singapore and prior to working with Digne Consulting, he has acquired more than 20 years of deep management experiences in the logistics and travel & hospitality industries. He has played key leadership roles in organisations such as TNT Express (Worldwide) Singapore, Rosenbluth International, Lucent Technologies, Singapore Tourism Board and Global Refund. He has garnered knowledge and experience in the functional areas of strategic planning, business development, sales & marketing and strategic account management. During this time, he has worked in Hong Kong and Taiwan and has travelled extensively in the Asia Pacific region.
BK was regularly involved in conducting in-house training for mid to senior level executives in courses like leadership, communication skills and team building. He has also presented papers at industry conferences and seminars in English and Mandarin.
He obtained his Bachelor of Arts and MBA degrees from the National University of Singapore.

Founder of Weesie Consult bv and Digne Consult bv with branches in the Netherlands and Singapore. Together with Bouke Bouma, she is the managing director of the company.
Apart from that, she is a trainer-consultant. She specializes in guiding individuals, teams and organizations in a state of transition or renewal. Jacqueline holds a degree in social and advanced education and she has sixteen years of management experience in the profit- and non-profit sector.
Furthermore her interests lie in making spirituality practically applicable in business. Together with Fenny Bruins she founded Siboa: Spirituality in business, development & consultancy.

He also provided motivational & proficiency training, process-guidance and managerial advice for TMI, a consultancy agency. Abroad Bouke expanded his knowledge and experience in areas of management, organizational development, HRD and education.

Helen received her training in policy and organization theory. It has been 10 years since she founded her first company as an intermediary and organizational advisor in Amsterdam. Prior to that she worked as an organizer of international life-style conventions and events. In addition she is very internationally oriented and has been living in Dubai, Antwerp, Cape town and Calgary for the past 6 years. With her knowledge of languages, and organizing and social skills, she wishes as a trainer for Digne Consult to convey enthusiasm and vigour

After completing Technical Business Administration at the Technical University Eindhoven Bernadette spent the next 18 years working in different managerial positions at several companies amongst which pharmaceutical company MSD. There she got a unique view on working practice and the importance of personal effectivity. The 6 years following this she worked as a trainer/coach, developing and providing training focused on communication in the work area, personal development, and management skills. The coaching and training to further aid people in their development is something Bernadette loves putting her energy into.

Pien started out as a registered nurse with oncology and IC credentials. Through nursing she ended up in the pharmaceutical industry, in which she worked for 12 years at 3 different companies. She has taken several courses in (competence)management and marketing. Pien has been working as an independent trainer for 5 years now. Besides proficiency training she also provides training in communication, HRM-modules and sales. Vibrant, enthusiastic, loves her job, and also her private life!

Judith has a commercial-economic background. After her study she worked as an account manager in the international setting of several production companies. Subsequently she gained extensive experience in the recruitment & selection business. First as an advisor, then as a national manager. The past few years she managed a medium-sized company specialized in service. Her training as a mediator came in handy many times. It is her driving force to coach people and to clarify their personals goals and motivation. By testing these against the objectives of the employer and adjusting them accordingly, a win-win situation is created that raises the motivation of the employer and employee, and ultimately results in a higher yield

Ankie attends to the administrative process on behalf of the clients and trainers/coaches of Digne Consult. From the proposition to the billing to the evaluation report. Everything in collaboration with the training-coordinator and our trainers/coaches.
In addition she controls the financial administration and manages the client database. With a background in business administration and economics, Ankie has a broad experience in financial-administrative positions, both in business as in public service.
